Double Skin Plenums

Shree Venus Energy have established the State-of-the-art Machines for the manufacture of Double skin insulated plenum for air distribution applications.

Shree Venus offers insulated plenum with wide range of insulation materials like Rigid PUF/ PIR/Rigid Fiberglass wool/Rigid Rockwool/Rigid Ceramic Wool, depending upon the end use of the Plenum by various industries including Pharma and Clean Rooms and also to meet the stringent fire rated applications.

Advantages:

Shree Venus Plenum are very Rigid in construction and hence it does not get damaged during handling, transportation and assembling and dismantling of Plenum at site.

The panels are supplied in Modular construction ready to fit, easy to assemble. Hence, the erection of plenum requires lesser time without much ofskilled Man Power to assemble atsite.

The insulated plenum are manufactured by providing clean liner fiberglass cloth material and hence the migration of fibres in to the air stream totally NIL with Rockwool/Glass wool/Ceramic Wool insulated plenum

Insulated Plenum with one side perforated G.I./Aluminium panels provides drastic reduction in sound level at air entry point into the Duct. Thus reduces to overall sound level as per the requirement of the respective projects. The thickness of insulation shall be modified depends upon the sound level requirements of the project.

The Sound level improves with double skin insulated plenum compared to traditional sheet metal plenums, thus makes it most suitable for Theatres, Auditorium , Conference Halls, Lecture Halls etc and individual Executive Cabins/ room and IT Buildings.

Noise level at the diffused area will be better with double skin insulated plenums

Air leakage is NIL as the panels are assembled with the required gasket and sealant with required aluminium section specially made for the Plenum in Modular constructions.

Air Distribution:

Plenum insulated with PIR/PUF, Rockwool/Ceramic wool/Fiberglass wool meets the “Class – O” specifications.

Since the Plenum along with the aluminium frames are also insulated and hence there no Hot spots and hence no condensations.

Insulated Double skin plenum will have NIL leakage and NIL condensation thus makes the system to consume less power compared to the traditional sheet metal plenums.

Due to structural rigidity of the products, double skin plenum is durable and long lasting and hence it is Economical.

Shree Venus Energy System are equipped with full fledged in – house facilities with CNC machineries for fabrication of sheet metal parts including perforation of sheet metal and foaming machine and skilled manpower to make international quality and also timely delivery of the double skin insulated plenum for air distribution applications.

Specification:

Specially designed Aluminium Sections meant for AHU Plenum. The thickness of Aluminium Sections varies from 1.4 mm To 2.0 mm depending upon the thickness of insulation required.

Plain/Perforated with 0.4 mm or 0.5 mm G.I. sheet. Other thickness also can be offered as per customer requirements.

Plain with 0.4 mm or 0.5 mm PPGI sheet. Other thickness can be offered as per customer requirements. Aluminium / Stainless sheet Also can be offered.
