ADVANTAGES

  • Since the panels and runners are factory pre fabricated, the fixing time is reduced to minimum at site.

  • Repairing/ modifications to panels can be made easy, as these panels are made out of 600 x 600 mm which can be removed easily and replaced without any tools.
  • No screws will be visible and hence it will improve the appearance of AHU Rooms/ Sound Proofing room.
  • These panels can be removed and re-fixed any number of times and modifications is possible with out affecting the final finish.
  • Cost effective method to achieve good finish with minimum thickness of structures like 0.5 mm/ 0.4 mm/ 0.3 mm Aluminium sheet or G.I. Sheet. / Precoated G.I.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

  • Fix "U" clamp on to the wall/ ceiling, made out of 1.0 mm thick G.I, with the help of fasteners/ Rawl plug.
  • Fix pre-fabricated compressed G.I. Clip having a thickness of 0.6mm and fixed in to the "U" clamp by friction fit method horizontally over wall/ ceiling at an interval of 600 mm to receive prefabricated panels.
  • Fix fiberglass wool/ Rockwool of appropriate density and thickness along with fibre glass tissue on to the wall/ceiling.
  • Fix pre-fabricated G.1./ AL. Of appropriate thickness perforated metal modular panel with a dimension of 600mm x 600mm with clip on lock arrangements on the compressed clip already fixed onWall/ceiling.
  • The sides of the panels are raised suitably to lock in to the clips by friction fit method.
  • Thickness of panels : 0.3 mm onwards
